KualityPOS ("we", "us", "our"), developed by KualitySoft, operates under an uncompromising data protection standard. We do not charge transaction cuts, sell order insights to third-party delivery aggregators, monetize customer databases, or intercept cashier information for advertising.

2. Local Database & TLS 1.3 Encrypted Offline Sync

KualityPOS operates primarily via secure local transactional engines installed on your hardware. All orders, kitchen tickets, and shift cash drawer records are stored locally with hardware-level encryption. When connectivity is active, data replicates via TLS 1.3 encrypted tunnels exclusively to power your remote HQ dashboard and owner reporting.

3. Strict Owner Privacy on WhatsApp Reporting

Automated midnight Daily Sales Summary digests, monthly P&L summaries, and shift cash mismatch alerts are dispatched strictly to the authenticated, authorized WhatsApp number of the business owner. No staff member, cashier, or third party receives access to these private executive summaries.

4. Information Processed

To provide our software services, we securely process:

Account details: Business name, verified owner WhatsApp number, branch addresses.
Operational data: Menu item catalogues, ingredient recipe mappings, and role-based staff PINs.
Transactional aggregates: Daily sales totals, tender splits (Cash/Card/Raast), and shift reconciliation logs.

5. 100% Data Ownership & Unrestricted Export

You retain 100% ownership of your business data. You may export your entire product catalogue, historical customer lists, and financial sales ledgers to CSV or Excel at any time with zero export fees or technical barriers.
