1. License Grant & Software Access
By subscribing to KualityPOS, KualitySoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable software license to operate the point-of-sale terminal software and access cloud reporting services across your authorized branches.
2. Subscription Billing & 0% Commission Policy
KualityPOS is billed on a transparent monthly or annual subscription basis. We strictly guarantee a 0% revenue commission policy — we do not take any percentage cut or transaction fee from your gross counter revenue, cash receipts, card swipes, or Raast transfers.
3. Hardware Independence
You are free to use KualityPOS on any compatible hardware including Windows PCs, Android tablets, Apple iPads, and standard ESC/POS thermal printers. We do not require or enforce proprietary, locked hardware purchases.
4. Offline Continuity & TLS 1.3 Encrypted Sync
Our cloud reporting infrastructure maintains a 99.99% uptime SLA. In the event of broadband cuts or load shedding, our embedded local offline engine ensures your terminals continue billing, printing kitchen tickets, and managing orders without disruption. All synchronizations use TLS 1.3 encryption.
5. Confidentiality of WhatsApp Reports
Daily Sales Summary briefs, shift cash discrepancy notifications, and monthly P&L accounting summaries are transmitted exclusively to the designated, verified WhatsApp number of the business owner.
6. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your software subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to export all your historical sales ledgers, customer records, and menu data in standard CSV/Excel formats.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of Pakistan and the United Kingdom under KualitySoft engineering agreements.
